FRIDAY, September 20 FROM 5:30 - 8 PM
Heartwood Mendocino
Everyone is invited to a welcome BBQ at the property. Are you a grill master? We'd love you to jump in and flip some meat if you are willing. Expect to roast some s'mores too!
Attire: Anything goes. We'll be outside, so bring layers for when the sun goes down, and wear grass-friendly shoes.

SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 21
Morning
Join us for breakfast burritos at the campfire. Grab a pre-rolled burrito from the outdoor kitchen and toss it onto the campfire to heat it up. Pour-over coffee and teas will be available in the wreck room. After breakfast, explore the property or the surrounding area. Want some suggestions? Click here. Served from 7:30 AM -2 PM
Lunch
Lunch will be grab and go in the fridge of the outdoor kitchen. There will be several options of sandwiches that you can make with as well as chips and sides. Take one to the beach or a hike, or enjoy it in a hammock on the property. Prep your lunch from 7:30-2 PM.
The Wedding
Join us as we say our vows, eat dessert, and dance terribly (awesomely?). The walk to secret meadow for the ceremony will open at 3:15 PM. The Ceremony will start at 4 PM.
THE VIBE: We would appreciate it if you could join us in cocktail attire. If you already have the outfit... that is awesome. But if you are shopping for a look try to steer away from the bright colors and stick to a more natural color pallet. See below for some inspiration. Layers are key here. We will be near the coast and the fog may roll in. There will be heat lamps but beanies and mittens are totally acceptable in the evening.
Ladies: Pack your favorite full-length or cocktail dress. We'll be doing a small amount of walking outside, so embrace the wedge if you are set on heels!
Gentlemen: Bring your favorite (only?) suit, and a sweet tie or bowtie. Feel free to leave your vest at home if you're not that kind of guy but it will probably get chilly later in the night.

If you are staying on property we'd love for you to join us at the bonfire for more drinks and a late night snack. Hopefully this will help folks wake up the next morning feeling A OK.
Attire: You are welcome to change into casual attire (e.g. jeans/sweats and sweater/sweatshirt). Travis + Julia will have clothes to change into, and encourage you to do the same!

Don't leave without saying goodbye! Stop by to grab a coffee from the coffee cart and have a bite to eat. No big deal but Jen is making her famous apple cake.
Attire: Anything goes... PJs included. We'll be wearing hoodies and jeans, so don't show up in something really fancy and outshine us.

There will be plenty of food for everyone all weekend. We will have a variety of options for those with dietary restrictions and our vegetarian friends. Please do your best on the official RSVP to let us know when you will be eating with us so we can make sure there is plenty for everyone. We will have a better idea of specifics as we get closer to the date but do reach out with questions, concerns, and diatary needs we might not know about.
