HEARTWOOD Mendocino
Heartwood is a small property that's a 10 minute drive from the town of Mendocino on the Northern California coast. While it feels rustic there are great amenities to make you feel at home. There are flush toilets and multiple showers available for our guests. Looking for a unique experience? There's even an amazing outdoor shower built into a burned out tree if you want to feel one with nature.

Getting to our venue, nestled in the trees and located three hours away from the nearest airport, is an adventure in itself. For those flying in, renting a car is a convenient option to reach the venue, allowing you to explore the scenic route at your own pace. To foster a sense of togetherness and eco-friendliness, we're happy to help organize carpools for those interested. If you're willing to share your ride with others or looking for carpool buddies, please let us know in advance. Your journey to our special day can be just as memorable as the celebration itself, and we can't wait to assist you in making travel plans that work for everyone.

We can't wait to welcome you to our wedding weekend getaway! Nestled in the trees, our venue offers 8 cabins and we will have glamping tents for a truly immersive experience. The cost to stay on the property is $500 per couple (queen bed) or besties (2 twins). If you're planning to bring more friends or little ones along, please indicate that in the form to make special arrangements. The property has 3 showers for guests and multiple places to blow dry/ style your hair. We will be in the woods but don't let that cramp your style! We can't wait to celebrate this special weekend with you and create lasting memories in this picturesque setting. Your accommodations will include a towel and power/battery pack to charge devices.

We totally understand if you are looking for a more traditional stay. Mendocino has several great B&Bs that are just a 10 minute drive from the venue. We will have a shuttle to and from Heartwood on Saturday to ensure you arrive safely and travel in style. We know you're super busy, but we'd love for you to be there the whole weekend. If you can, book a place for Friday through Sunday and get in as much costal time as you can.
